Beat Rush Hour App

We developed an Android App, “BeatRush”, as our solution to the problem of Rush Hour.

The BeatRush App System has the following components:

1. Database
2. A* Engine
3. Android Application

The system uses the following input:

1. Pittsburgh city OSM XML data
2. User input – Destination location, current location (obtained from User’s phone GPS), times of arrival and departure, time-windows around these mentioned times.
